String roller, also known as triple roller, is an important component of belt conveyor. The series roller has good self balance, which can prevent the tape from deviating.

Features:

1. Extremely strong neutrality. The hanging support rollers are flexibly connected to each other. In adverse situations such as misalignment of the feeding center of the belt conveyor or significant height difference between the two sides of the frame, the conveyor belt and the materials on it can automatically return to the centerline of the conveyor under its own gravity. The more the number of supporting roller sections and the larger the groove angle in the supporting roller group, the better the centering effect.

2. Impact resistance. The support rollers of the hanging support roller group are flexibly connected, and the relative positions between the support rollers are variable, making them easy to absorb the impact of large materials and inevitable mechanical vibration, making them suitable for conveying large materials.

3. Reducing noise is more environmentally friendly. Due to its ability to absorb mechanical vibrations and impacts, it reduces conveying noise.

4. Easy disassembly and installation. The connection with the central frame (whether rigid or flexible) is hanging, making disassembly convenient and more suitable for installation and use in narrow tunnel spaces.

5. Equal length rollers are suitable for a wide bandwidth range. Like a 450mm roller, two sections can be strung together to form a V-shaped roller group; Three adaptive bandwidths ranging from 1000mm to 1200mm; Four sections are suitable for a bandwidth of 1400mm-1600mm; Five sections are suitable for a bandwidth of 1800mm-2200mm; Six sections are suitable for bandwidth ranging from 2400mm to 2600mm.

6. High conveying capacity. The curvature angle of the conveyor belt has a limited value. For conveyors with large conveying capacity, the installation angle of the fixed belt conveyor roller group should generally not exceed 45 °, while using a five section hanging roller group, the roller can tilt twice, and the total tilt can reach 60 ° or more. Compared with fixed roller groups, hanging roller groups with the same bandwidth have significantly increased load-bearing capacity.

7. Idlers with the same roller diameter and shaft diameter have a longer service life. For large bandwidth belt conveyors, when the side roller groove angle is 35 °, the middle roller is subjected to a force of about 70%. Taking a bandwidth of 2200mm as an example, the middle roller of the ordinary bracket type three section roller support roller group is 800mm long, and its service life is half shorter than that of the five section hanging roller group with a middle roller length of 600mm
